Breakfast & After School Club
Places available for children aged 3 to 11yrs!
Our wrap around care provision at Shirley is provided by Kids R Us - a relatively small, local provider who run their highly successful clubs in five Cambridge schools. They provide a safe, stimulating, child lead environment where children can play freely both indoors and outdoors. Staff are engaging and thoughtful, helping to inspire children’s imagination through play. A wide range of activities are on offer including daily art and craft, quiet area, cooking, forest school, outdoor sports and games.
Kids R Us have full access to our purpose-built club with a lounge area, play room, kitchen, outside play area plus the wider school facilities - gym, food tech room, outdoor play ground, playing field and nature area. The Club is open to children age 3 - 11 and all facilities have easy access for those with disabilities. Staff are all qualified to high standards - fully DBS checked and trained in safeguarding, first aid, play work and childcare. Prices are very competitive and there is a 10% sibling discount available.

Times & Prices
Breakfast Club
Time: 7.30am - start of school
Cost £6.25 for 7.30am start (including buffet breakfast) & £4.75 for 8.15am start
At Breakfast Club, a range of nutritious breakfast items are on offer, along with plenty of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. Children are taken to their classrooms by Club staff, and a handover is given to the teacher.
After School Club
Time: 3.00/3.15pm to 5:15/6.00pm
Cost: Between £12.25 - £13.75 depending on age & collection time.
At the Afterschool Club, children are collected from their classrooms by the staff team. A healthy snack is provided for the children when they arrive. Children can choose from a wide range of both indoor and outdoor activities including crafts, group games and more.
Holiday Club
Time: 8.00am - 6.00pm (full) or 09.00am - 3.00pm (core)
Cost: £33 for full day & £25.00 for core hours
HAF
We accept HAF hours during Easter, Summer & Christmas Holidays
