At Shirley, we are embarking on an exciting journey with our curriculum, adapting and modifying it so that it is always exciting, enriching, broad and deep across all areas of learning.
We are integrating the 'Essentials Curriculum. from Chris Quigley Education, which exceeds the requirements of the National Curriculum, and allows us to plan for breadth and depth of understanding, with children learning key concepts they can take to other subject areas, whilst building their knowledge and enjoying all of the wider opportunities that are presented.
