Key Information
PE day is Thursday
On Thursdays, please ensure your child comes to school wearing their PE kit and trainers. They will wear their PE kit for the whole day.
Reading and homework
On Fridays, children will be given homework and two reading books. Please log any reading you do in your reading record. On the following Thursday, children need to return completed homework, both reading books and reading record. We cannot give children new books to read until they have returned their old ones.
There will also be an optional half termly project that they children can complete over the half term.

- Reading: Bug club is alternative format for the children to read. They can also listen to recordings of the story which they can use to help them check their blending and read more independently at times. You can also complete the comprehension questions together.
