We looked at pictures of the solar system and then looked at the stars. This was lovely! We talked about the different names for the stars e.g. the seven sisters. Afterwards, we played with some of the toys in the 1960's/70s such as Jonny Astro/ Viewmasters. Thank you Mike for bringing in your planetarium, we really enjoyed it.
On Wednesday, we visited Duxford IWM. We got to go inside of the Concorde. We looked at lots of planes, British planes and American planes. Some were passenger planes and some were fighter planes. We also looked inside the Land Warfare hangar. It was a lovely day.
